I’ve been coming to Perfect Smile for over a decade now and they have never disappointed in terms of quality of service, friendliness and prices charged. I have one particular molar that has rejected four different filling attempts over the last three years, but PS dentists have never given up on this very sensitive and difficult tooth and my current dentist Jack finally cracked the problem by very slowly and carefully building layers of filling so as to cut out the sensitivity. The tooth is finally, I am delighted to have Jack as a dentist, and despite not having lived in Gosforth for years, I will never consider changing dentists as long as PS will have me! Thanks to the whole team for years of brilliant (and persistent) work.
I had a wonderful Invisalign experience with Jack. Everything went really smoothly. He always went above and beyond to fit me in for appointments around my work schedule. Very sad to be moving and leaving this practice. Staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Jack Dowling especially has been wonderful across all of my Invisalign treatment. He has been able to answer all my questions, making changes and suggestions based on my needs and made everything super easy. Jack is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to Invisalign, and i’m so happy with my results that Jack created. My Invisalign journey wasn’t the most straightforward (through no fault of Jack’s) and he always went above and beyond to get me in on short notice/on his lunch to sort things as quickly as possible.
Jack is more than happy to answer any questions and goes through the various options you have. If you are nervous at the dentist (i’m lucky not to be!) then you are in safe hands with Jack – him and his team provide a very relaxed atmosphere and talk you through everything.
